Video from the IDPA Match at FAS with Massad Ayoob 8/13/11

Here are a couple of videos from the last IDPA match at The Firearms Academy of Seattle, August 13 2011.

Massad Ayoob is in town teaching his classes and also shot at this match. I was shooting on his squad and got his permission to video him.

I shoot a 4" Service model XD-9. It has the full size grip. I see everything from compact to full size 5" barrel guns there.

A full size 5" gun would, in theory be better because of the longer sight radius. But I think that mainly helps in the long distance shots, 20 yards or longer. Those kind of shots don't happen much.
