Engraving idea?

Ok so I have done a few mods to my Rem 870 and thinking about weaponry through ages. I kind of realized my 870 is big burly and packs a ton of punch much like a mid-evil battle axe or war hammer. Well I have an idea and want to name my 870, but do not know where to go for engraving. Is this possible at all and where could I have it done.

Has anyone else ever had a weapon engraved around the Seattle to Fall City regions of the state?

Thanks for any help!!

Pic for clicks!

I've thought about engraving a serial number on my uppers for the AR's. I'm sure any jewelry repair shop could do it.

Hmmm Im kinda going into the idea of having something engraved totally blind. I was kinda curious if any gun shops did any type of engraving.

I did watch the newest episode of American Guns on Discovery and they were doing engraving. Honestly I cant stand the show everyone in the show annoys me and its very poorly acted out!

Just about anything that's made of metal can be engraved. Some are even offering laser engraving which gives nice uniform appearance regardless of the intricacy of the design.

Have you checked the yellow pages?

Also, there is a post on WaGuns.org showing one of the member's new laser engravers.

As for names, have you considered "Dragon's Breath"? "Thor's Hammer"?

@GixxerPete: Thanks its been a few dollars spent, but Its probably my fav gun right now!

@deadshot2: I have been bouncing a few names around. I was also thinking about Ragnarök which is the end battle in Norse Mythology in which Thor, Odin, Loki, ect die. Right now Im leaning towards warhammer for right now.
