That's the PITA part of the deal for everyone! But if you purchase it from another non FFL forum member it's a private sale! Hence, no PITA! Everything else can be purchased mail order!

Well, I already had pics of one gun on my Flikr account. I had to take these because a buddy that I trained with couldn't believe that I was not using a holster on a daily basis.

My wife wanted an alternative to holsters that didn't fit her (women are shaped differently, thank God), and in my frustration I got a Clip Draw for her Colt Officers Model. I had previously always believed that a hoster is a safety device and that not securing a pistol was irresponsible (OK, I still believe that part). She convinced me to try her OM and I was impressed. I had been using a Nelson Summer Special (Digardi version) with my Colt Commander or Sparks Watch 6 with a Government Model size pistol.

With a GM sized Kimber Eclipse it is perfect: exactly covers the trigger guard and the piece nestles behind my hipbone. Been using it for about 3 years and love it; the gun has never moved where it shouldn't, but is always positioned where I want it for comfort or presentation, and there is noticably less bulk inside my waistband (not that I'm gaining weight).

Anyway, there are a couple pics.
Steve

if you need someone with an FFL, get a hold of me. I know a few places that can do it and will charge a small fee for it. Usually $30 or so.

I'm having the opposite issue.

I have a full lower, but none of the upper stuff.

Family picture!

I finally got the LPK for my lower with the tele stock, so I figure it's time for a family picture! All I need to finish my AR's is a real scope for my bully so I can reach out & touch someone!

Good builds Matt. My brother in law just traded a haggard dirtbike to a guy for a Noveske AR!!! With the value of Noveske these days, he scored by offloading a $1200 CR500

I was bored today so I went and bought one of these it feels soooooo good in the hand. Love the Cocobolo grips. The weight and feel is just right. Cheap way to put holes in paper!

WTH it's a .22 but it's an awesome .22

When I got the first one, I could take a loaded mag and ease the slide up to the back of the first round - and it would move about a 1/4" and stop... without chambering a round. I did some careful pulishing of the underside of the slide and top of the frame with a dremel tool and polish. When i was done I could ease te bolt up against the top cartidge and it would chamber under the power of the recoil spring. A buddy shot it and fell in love with it and had to have it. I told him replace it with a new one and a 6 pack of Henry Weinhards and it's yours. He agreed and I did the same thing all over again. Sold it a few years later and bought a slabside MKII.

EDIT: Post 69.... hehehe

Tard - nice collection of goodies!

Tard the flash suppressor on your mossberg does it really work or is it there solely for the rail?

$275.00 + about $8.00 for shipping from http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/ !

It looks like they are out of them again, but if you follow the directions on their site they will send you an e-mail as soon as they get any out of stock item back in stock!

From the looks of it, I'd say a Command Arms.

This is my favorite: MIAD - MIssion ADaptable AR15/M16 Grip Full Kit [MAG052] - $39.95 : ++ Magpul Industries ++

was able to really get it to fit me.

bingo.. Mic is on his game it's a CAA I love it..

feels great they are now making one with interchangable components similar to the magpul

http://www.commandarms.com/categories.asp?cID=11

I like this one though.. it doesn't have the interchangable pieces, but the back of this grip, it molds into the lower reciever..

Well, today I picked up the DSA TP-9 I have been waiting on! So far the trigger pull sux! I will hopefully be able to take it out on Sunday & we'll see if it's any fun to shoot. But currently I'm questioning my purchase. I think I just brought home an over priced, updated, polymer Mac 10 9mm!
