CPL around washington?

im not sure, but when i was at the SPD applying for my CPL the lady told the guy ahead of me that he could use it in idaho..and i didnt hear the rest. i was pretty sure she was talking about the CPL because she also said it would take 2-4 weeks to get it.. so are there other states that i can carry with my Washington CPL?
