Seattle Metro Tunnel Beating!

So what do you guys think about this story? What would you have done if you had been in the tunnel and witnessed the attack? Or, if you were in the shoes of the security guard with an official company policy to "observe and report"?

Clearly there is something to be said for staying out of other peoples' business for your own safety, even more so if your job is on the line. But at what point do you intervene? There are a lot of variables to consider: did the attacker have a weapon, would her friends have jumped in and attacked you if you intervened, did they have weapons, etc...

Personally, I would probably have let them continue fighting and just called the police... up to the point where the one girl was laying on the ground not moving and the other started stomping on her head. A fist fight is one thing, but at that point to me, she was trying to kill the girl on the ground.

Thoughts?

I've heard that the girl who got beat was previously beating on other girls from this group that did this. If this is true then it's possible that this beating is vengance.

I've not seen the video so I don't know how serious the beating was.

On the money! Wow, they caught one of the MILLIONS of them on tape. Girls in high school fought WAY more wild then guys did. Only a moron would try and jump in the middle of that Shit storm. lol

Regardless of her past, I still don't like that she had the shit beat out of her in front of three security guards. Criminal or not, someone should have stepped in there and stopped that shit.
