Hey all, Just wanted throw out an idea.. The place I work at is an indoor go-kart race track in Lakewood, Wa.. On April 14th we are hosting a charity event. It is to benefit the Special Olympics. What it is, is a 250 lap race. Against the City of Lakewood Police Department !! 10 Drivers per team. There are some major companies getting teams together already. We are trying to get at least 8 teams to compete in this event... Would this be something to get maybe a PNW Racing Team ? |

It's 10 people per team..8 teams per race. Which means efficient driver changes are critical to winning. 250 lap race. 500 bucks per team . All proceeds go to the Special Olympics of Wa. 250 laps probably will take about an hour and a half. Give or take.. If 16 teams are registered, we will run 2 races.. |

Hey, Thanks James !! The Special Olympics is a great organization. It would be great to get a PNW team together.. So hopefully we can get out on the track and show the cops that they cant drive as well as they think. I have to ask the boss "if" I can be a part of the team. I've been driving karts since I was 10 yrs. old and have home track advantage. AND April 14th is the day my wife and I met. If I tell her I'm goin' racing, I might be sleeping on the couch for a month. Have a good one everybody ! If any more questions arise, PM me and I will be more than happy to answer any questions..
