1k rounds Federal XM193 5.56

I have 2 unopened cases of Federal XM193 5.56 I'd like to sell, 500 rounds in each case. Already shot one case of it and it runs great. Felt a bit hotter than some PMC I had and not nearly as dirty. Case I shot had 09 head stamps.

$365 firm. Located in Olympia.

From Surplusammo (great place btw)? It's more like 360+tax which comes closer to $390. I'll drive 20mins for $25. I'll knock another $5 off for gas.

That has to be a newer deal, the only thing around that price in brass when I was there a bit over a month ago was bvac reman stuff.

It's there right now. Got 1K rounds sitting at my feet right now of Remington 55gr.BT for $299/1000. The Federal's are $380.

I kind of curious why you even decided to post. My price is a better deal than anything that can be found locally. I asked if I was asking too much, you say yes and then give me a higher price from a local store. I understand the cost of driving down here may add a bit to the price (not $20 from Lakewood), but some people drive by Olympia everyday or are going to Cabelas or the like for something.

This is new unopened ammo, head stamp should be LC 09, not something that has been sitting on my shelf for years. I would shoot it, but I don't have the money to do that right now.

It's 5.56. Check the chambering of your rifle.

A 5.56 can shoot .223, but a .223 only chamber shouldn't use 5.56.

The size different is extremely minimal, but it does make a differenc.e

Contact your barrel manufacturer about running 5.56 if it's stamped .223. I have heard of .223 stamped barrels actually having 5.56 chambers.

.223 chambers are a bit tighter than 5.56, leading to over pressure issues when running the hotter 5.56 spec ammo.

it's gone sorry.

palmettostatearmory has federal xm855 for $360 with $12 shipping right now. I've ordered a few cases of ammo from them in the past with no issues.
