if you look on their site they show an atf letter stating that it is indeed not illegal to own.

not illegal to own but shooting it? im guessing that if someone heard it the cops might be interested as to why your gun is firing automatically?

its not firing automatically, It's "bump firing" witch is not illegal.
Its just a new way to "bump fire".

i thought bump firing was illegal? maybe im wrong. anyway, i dont know if i'd spend $369 on it.

How would bump firing be illegal? It doesn't modify or change the firearm in any way? Next their gunna arrest you for having a really fast finger & pulling the trigger too fast!

It's way cheaper than the alternative of buying a real automatic and paying the feds all the extra cash to legally own and shoot it. I personally wouldn't spend the cash on either choice, however, I would go broke burning through all that ammo so quickly with my itchy trigger finger!

idk, i thought i read that somewhere at one point. i guess i was wrong.

IF it was in the $200 price range and i had an AR i would pick one of these up just for shits and giggles.

I have a meeting with ATF on the 21st. If I remember I will ask the agents about bump firing.
