Armi Jager?

I was just given an Armi Jager ap74. The look alike M16A1 chambered for a .22LR. Does anyone know much about these such as performance or value?
It looks cheap and looks as if it performs below average. It was just handed to me so i'm not complaining, but I'm not sure if I want to keep it. But i'd like some more insight on these before I sell it or whatever. Wiki didnt have too much at all. Any info or interest helps, thanks.

Everything I have ever read or been told is that these are pretty cheezy "Copies" of the AR-15/M-16. Imported I believe. Saw one sold for just under $400 but I know I wouldn't pay that for one.

I've seen better looking AR-15 Airsoft rifles. At least it's not plastic.

The big issue seems to be replacement parts if anything breaks, like firing pins and extractors. If you can, I'd just sell it as your cost basis sure is favorable. Get some money for it and put it into something more quality.
