I've been buying the C-Product 30 rounders and couldn't be happier never had a feeding issue, I think they sell for 9 bucks a pop. I really want to get a pile of the nice magpul Pmag's those things are nice as hell.

My agency bought a pile of the Brownells mags and had nothing but issues with them. feeding issues mostly.

P-mags are the industry standard these days and I'll be honest, it's hard to beat them. C-products (especially the stainless steel mags with magpul followers) have been outstanding as well, I just bought 18 for my OBR .308 and I hope they run as well as the 5.56 mags do.

Just keep in mind, AR mags were originally meant to be disposable, it's the weakest link in the system. Buy quality mags but don't get married to them, when they start to **** up, throw them out! Or mark them and keep them for training.

All my pmags are fairly new, but I put numbers on all of them. If one ever starts acting up, it will get noted for cleaning/inspection. If it still acts up, time to toss it and get a new one.

Ditto pistol mags.

I've been using the Standard C-Product 30 Round with the anti-tilt follower or what ever it is, and I 've never had an issue with em, They were cheap 9 bucks and they've been damn reliable thus far When I get some extra funding I'm going to pickup some Pmags though.

I used to swear that C-Products with the green follower were the only mags to own.

After not really toying with AR's for about ten years & trying the P-Mags due to all the hype surrounding them once I bought another AR, I would gladly spend a few extra bucks on P-Mags. I currently only own P-Mags & a Beta-C & have never had a magazine caused failure with either, can't say the same about metal mags.

Wow! I don't have trouble with mine.
Good idea to check at Pawn shops and gun shops for used stuff.

brand new mags are $10, you can even find P-Mags for $10 if you look hard enough or wait for a sale.

And you guys are buying clapped out aluminum mags from a pawn shop to save a few bucks?

I'm gonna kick you in the seeds.
