How you load your M4-410™ or SHOTPISTOL™ is a matter of personal preference.
However, a preferred loading might be:

(Note: impossible to achieve with any Taurus due to only 5 Shot capability....)

1) warning shot using 7-1/2, 8, or 9 shot in any 2-1/2 .410,

2,3) #3 Buck Shot- 2-1/2 .410

4) .410 Slug- 2-1/2 .410

5,6) Winchester Silver Tip .45 Colt

A friend of mine who had close quarters ground combat in Vietnam, sent them a question about firing upwards while on your back- does any round want to drop out the exposed loading gate- an honest question.
