In all the times I've been around water, this is the first time I've ever gotten live ammo wet...

Oh, and 2 guns.

Guns are coming apart and getting cleaned and dried as soon as I finish typing this and get a beer, but what about your ammo?

Surely one of you military guys has received instruction on wet ammo? Toss it?

It's revolver ammo, so it not going off is no drama as long as I don't use it in haste....

...but....paranoia check....it's not gonna blow my gun up is it?

I fell in the pond wet.

The waterline on my shirt tells me the gun was fully submerged at least once. The water in the handle corroborates the story.

you can try to shoot it if you want..

worst case scenario wet powder doesn't completely burn and a round gets stuck in your barrel.. as long as the next round doesn't follow, your ok..

How many rounds? I'd probably toss it.. or bring it to the range? Wouldn't hunt with it.
