It's not too hard to build one. AR15.com has guides to building AR's or I could even point you in the right direction.

If you haven't already sourced all of your parts, I noticed PK has complete Rock River pistol buffer tube assemblies for $50.00. I think they are the best looking tubes that actually work proper!
