Does anyone know if the Kriss is legal to own in Wa state??

Well here are a couple new pictures taken today with targets. All three are with the Kriss Super V and these were taken with the 30 round magazines as fast as I could pull the trigger at 60 feet with EOTech. It took me a little while to sight it in but once it did it was right on. Almost like it...
