Anybody know of any good/legal out door shooting areas anymore within an hour or so of the renton/issaquah area? Used to frequent the gravel pits up off exit 38 but those have since all been closed down..I do not mind shooting in the range, but just love being outdoors in general. If anyone has any good spots that would be awesome, PM me if you do not want to post them up. We pack everything out that we bring in (shells, brass, targets, etc) so don't have to worry about us trashing. We had actually been packing out a few bags from the exit 38 spots of other peoples junk until they shut them down |

cascade gun club is out side besides there indoor 22 range. I really like out there its out east of black diomond. You may check out snoqualmie gun club to though. With cascade and porbably snoqualmi you just have to pay ounce a year and you can shoot as often as you want.

I'm a member of the Paul Bunyan Rifle & Sportsman’s Club. It's down on the south side of Puyallup. It's a fairly formal range and it's paper targets only for the most part. They do have gongs set up at 200 yards. I think it is totally worthwhile since they're close to me. Just $60 a year and you can go shoot all you want. You can bring friends too, for free. |

The spot I go is private property way way way way out. The only pit I knew of in King County is well.... now a trail head for hippies in Toyotas that can barely make it up the road.
